this morning, the gift wrapping department had their worst customers ever seen. im not the one who served those two ah sors. but i felt really sad for my colleague. if i were her, i think i'll breakdown in front of everyone. but she just shed those silent tears. everyone knows she had a hard day already and yet so unluckily she's the one that's going to serve them . rawr .
even the other customers said they were so difficult to handle.
they called up the manager, blahblahblah and yet they still didnt know they were being unreasonable and giving us all a hard time.
HMMPPHHHHHHHHHHHHH . angry luhhhhhhhh .
seriously, who says customers are always right ? ._.
